On the morning of December 23rd, joint OSF, OLA & Qeerro opened fire on Amhara IDPs & residents in #Haro Kebele (#Kiremu Woreda, East Wollega Zone, Oromia Region). Sources indicate joint forces fired artillery at Haro Primary School which was used as an IDP shelter.
