The Amhara Association of America (AAA) has learned that on January 3rd, 2026 Oromo Prosperity Party regime soldiers (regime forces) carried out a massacre of at least 17 civilians and abducted ten additional civilians in Ayo Kebele of Ayo-Guagusa Woreda (Awi Zone, Amhara Region, Ethiopia).
