Following their deployment to Kudmi-Giyorgis, regime forces executed at least six civilians. Among the victims were three medical professionals, a bajaj driver, and a local farmer. The

Oromo Prosperity Party regime soldiers carried out a series of abuses against civilians in Dibko town of Lasta Woreda
Update – April 1, 2026 (Megabit 23, 2018 EC) The Amhara Association of America (AAA) has learned that between March 24 th and 25 th , 2026 Oromo Prosperity Party regime soldiers (regime forces) carried out a series of abuses against civilians in Dibko town (Kebele 025) of Lasta Woreda (North Wollo Zone, Amhara Region, Ethiopia). In the first incident, a 42-year-old woman identified as Woizero Yeshiye Guche Belete, a resident of Dibko, was abducted and raped by regime forces.

Update – March 30, 2026 (Megabit 21, 2018 EC) The Amhara Association of America (AAA) has learned that on March 15th, 2026 Oromo Prosperity Party regime soldiers (regime forces) abducted six civilians including five minors as young as 2-years-old in Gonder City (Central Gonder Zone, Amhara Region, Ethiopia).
