Appeal to Extend ICHREE Mandate for Thorough Investigations into Current War Crimes in Amhara Region

Letter to @volker_turk @UNHumanRights to ensure mandate of International Commission of Human Rights Experts on Ethiopia (ICHREE) is extended for at least one more year to allow the ICHREE ample time to investigate all instances of war crimes being perpetrated in Amhara Region.
