AAA has verified from survivors and eyewitnesses on the ground that large scale massacre on civilians has been committed by the Tigray People’s Liberation Front (TPLF) occupying forces in Kobo town (located in the Raya Kobo Woreda [district]), the second most populous town in North Wollo Zone, Amhara Region, and its surroundings.
