The event was held by the ACHRE and CHRE on the International Day for the Right to the Truth concerning Gross Human Rights Violations and for the Dignity of Victims to shed light on human rights conditions of the Amhara people of Ethiopia.

በአውስትራሊያ የሰብአዊ መብት ትምህርት ምክር ቤት (Australian Council for Human Rights Education, ACHRE) እና የሰብአዊ መብት ትምህርት ማዕከል (Centre for Human Rights Education, CHRE) አዘጋጅነት "በኢትዮጵያ የአማራ ሕዝብ የሰብአዊ መብት ጥሰቶች" በሚል ርዕስ በከርቲን ዩኒቨርሲቲ መጋቢት 15 ቀን 2018 የተካሄደውን ልዩ የድረ ገጽ ዝግጅት ይመልከቱ።

ዝግጅቱ በACHRE እና CHRE አማካኝነት «ለከባድ የሰብአዊ መብት ጥሰት ተጎጂዎች ክብር እውነትን የመግለጥ መብት ዓለም አቀፍ ቀን» (International Day for the Right to the Truth concerning Gross Human Rights Violations and for the Dignity of Victims) ላይ የተካሄደ ሲሆን ዓላማውም በኢትዮጵያ ያለውን የአማራ ሕዝብ የሰብአዊ መብት ሁኔታ በዝርዝር ለማሳየት ነው።
