AAA regrets to confirm that at least twenty three Amharas, including nine women and six children, were killed and many others abducted in the latest massacre along ethnic lines in the village of Baleegziabher, Debbis Kebele, Abe Dongoro district, Horo Guduru Welega Zone, Oromia, on March 6-7, 2021.

AAA regrets to confirm that on Thursday 25 February 2021, at about 1 pm, as many as 12 ethnic Amhara farmers were killed by armed men, who the residents identified as being from OLF/Shenee militias.

AAA is deeply concerned about the forced eviction and demolition of the homes of thousands of Amharas from the area known as “Bole homes” in Bole Sub city, Addis Ababa, where many had lived between 10 to 30 years.
