የምርመራው ውጤት እንደሚያሳየው በኦሮሞ ክልል የሆሮ ጉዱሩ ወለጋ ዞን አሙሩ ወረዳ የምትገኘውን አጋምሳ የተባለች ከተማን በጊዜያዊነት ተቆጣጥረው የነበሩት የኦሮሞ ነፃነት ሠራዊት (በተለምዶ ”ኦነግሸኔ”) ታጣቂዎች ነሀሴ 23/2014 ዓ.ም በከተማዋ ውስጥ በመዘዋወር የአማራ ብሄር ተወላጆችን በመለየት በፈጸሙት ጭካኔ የተሞላበት የግድያ ተግባር ከ50 በላይ ንጹሀን አማራዎች ሲገደሉ፤ ቢያንስ 20 አማራዎች ደግሞ በታጣቂዎቹ የእገታ ተግባር ከተፈጸመባቸው በኋላ ደብዛቸው ጠፍቷል፡፡
